Please Note
Between the 1st May and the 31st August, there is a £10.00 surcharge per room for guests staying only one night.
Full credit card details are required at time of booking. In the event of a guest failing to arrive or cancelling 48 hours or less before due arrival, 1 nights stay per room will be deducted from the card.
A full Scottish breakfast is offered between 08.30 and 09.00 hours.
Guests leaving early for buses or ferries are offered a continental breakfast.
Packed lunches can be arranged and we cater for vegetarians.
Check In Time
As we can be busy Eagle Watching, walking the dog, or working at the golf course, we have to insist on a strict check in time of 16.30 hours onwards. Other times can be made by arrangement. Though we hate to see you go, check out is by 10.00 hours.
